With this acquisition, PremiStar expands its service offerings and footprint in the Southeastern region, maintaining focus on meeting the needs of customers in the commercial, industrial, health care, education, retail, municipal, government, and senior living market segments.
Founded in 1997, Golding Mechanical provides chiller, boiler, tower installation and design, piping design, AHU systems and VAV systems across commercial, office, industrial, educational and healthcare markets. The company has earned a stellar reputation for meeting the needs of leading national brands and local businesses and community institutions. Golding Mechanical will expand the capabilities of CS3, a PremiStar HVAC, mechanical and controls company that has been serving the Southeastern region since 1985.
